Lately, I find myself straying from outfit and fashion posts because first of all, I spend all my money on makeup so my wardrobe is scanty at best, and secondly, my recent weight gain has me feeling quite uncomfortable in the clothes I already own (if they even still fit me, lol).
Sometimes when a city speaks to you, you have to listen. And lately, when it comes to fashion, I feel like Barney Stinson’s motto of “new is always better” isn’t really what Cape Town’s been saying to me. Sometimes old is good. Sometimes something so old that it’s not even yours is better.
On Thursday the 26th of March 2015, Spree hosted their Autumn Winter 2015 showcase event at The Cape Town Club, and I was lucky enough to win a ticket to this event from the lovely Malibongwe Tyilo from the Skattie, What Are You Wearing? blog.
