my favestagrammers: the aesthetic issue

it seems that whenever i stare at my instagram page, i have the sudden urge to delete everything i’ve ever posted, and the glorious instagram pages below don’t really help. you see, whenever they post something and i look at their profiles in context, i weep at the aesthetic perfection. the colours, the shapes, the juxtaposing of objects and lighting – i feel like i’ve walked into the lair of an art director. these women make me really want a square feed, and when i tried it out, i wanted to delete my instagram page all over again for failing in comparison.

nevertheless – i appreciate their style, their clean cut shots, their square-stagrams, their aptitude in editing (vsco?? afterlight?? tell me your secrets!!) and their overall aesthetic. so without further adieu:

5 of my current favourite aesthetically incredible instagrammers

this parisian instagramess is a curator of a perfectly balanced instagram – there is colour, geometry and intricately flanged objects interspersed with synecdochal snaps. basically, art.

as 2013/2014’s elle magazine style reporter, niquita bento has proven that she’s knowledgeable on things aesthetically pleasing. her instagram is a culmination of fashion, architecture, coffee and more fashion, and not only do i wish i could follow her around for a day (just to see what it’s like), i envy how flawless she looks in a hat.

the gary pepper girl, fashion veteren and world traveler – nicole warne has mastered the art of curating a perfectly perfect instagram page, and if i can’t convince you, maybe her 984+k followers might. her instagram eye is as sharp as the wing on her eyeliner, and if you think she looks good here, you should see her with a backdrop of blossoms.

as a graphic designer (not a graphics designer), it really shouldn’t be a surprise that jessie bell has a beautiful instagram feed. if you like soft beiges, calming blues, sporadic greens and converse and jeans, you’ll appreciate her instagram page.

when your job involves printing people’s instagrams, you tend to ensure that your instagram is one fine piece of art to print, and that’s exactly what talya does. an avid coffee drinker, instagram printer, fashion & lifestyle blogger and lunch venue aficionado, talya probably is the girl with the most cake, and probably coffee instagrams too (not complaining though – you drink the coffee i am medically mandated to miss </3).
well, those are my current favourite aesthetic picks! have you spotted your faves?

Nicole and Niquita are my absolute faves. I feel like the key to a great Instagram is just having a great life. 🙁

This is great inspiration. I’m always two seconds from deleting and starting over myself. So many wonderfully creative people out there!

I’m extremely inspired along with your writing abilities as neatly as with the format for your weblog. Is that this a paid subject matter or did you modify it yourself? Anyway stay up the excellent quality writing, it’s rare to look a great weblog like this one these days..
